Nighttime Tea
Ingredients
- 1 Cup or Mug (8-12 Ounces of Water)
- 1 Tea Bag of Peppermint
- 1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon Powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Ginger Powder
- Juice of 1/3 of a Lemon
- 1/2 to 1 Teaspoon of Natural Raw Honey
Directions
- Add Peppermint Tea Bag to Hot Water
- Add Cinnamon, Ginger, and Lemon Juice and Stir Well
- Steep 5-6 Minutes then Add Honey
