Master Recipe

• 500ml total water
• 330ml hot water
• 170ml ice
• 37.5g coffee
• Steep for 5 minutes
• 2-3 drops saline solution (80% water, 20% coffee)
• 13.3:1 total water:coffee
• 2/3 brew water, 1/3 ice

Aeropress Recipe

• 20g coffee
• 179g hot water
• 88g ice (5 cubes)
• Steep for 5 minutes
